Our returns policy is simple and easy. Any non-personalized item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). It is your responsibility to contact us for an RMA # within 30 days of placing your order. By giving a generous thirty (30) days for you to decide on returning an item, we are exceeding the industry standard with our generous returns policy.

Personalized Items Restriction

Our returns policy allows for any item to be returned within 30 days for a refund, excluding personalized items. When we engrave or deboss a personal name or company name onto an item, it is no longer merchandise that may qualify for a refund. Under no circumstances do personalized items qualify for a refund. Please speak with customer service prior to ordering a personalized gift if you have any questions about the item.

Shipping Costs Non-Refundable

The cost to ship your item to you and the cost for you to ship an item back to us in the event of a return is not covered under our returns policy. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which cannot be refunded.
